The Importance of Sunglasses

Choosing the right sunglasses is essential for adequate protection. All sunglasses are not created equal. If your sunglasses say “UV protection” without a specific percentage, they may not be providing you with sufficient defence from UV damage. Make sure your sunglasses block 99-100% of UVA and UVB radiation and screen out 75-90% of visible light. We can also recommend whether polarized lenses match your needs.
